📱 Playback via Reolink Mobile App (iOS/Android)

▶️ To Play Back Recordings:

  1. Open the Reolink App.

  2. Tap on your camera/NVR feed.

  3. Tap the “Playback” icon (usually a film strip or clock symbol).

  4. Select the date from the calendar.

  5. A timeline will appear—scroll to pick the time you want.

  6. Tap Play to view the recording.

💾 To Download a Clip:

  1. While in playback mode, tap Record (circle icon) to start recording locally to your phone.

  2. Tap again to stop and save.

  3. Find the video in the “Clip” or “Album” tab of the app.


💻 Playback via Reolink Client (Windows/macOS)

▶️ To Play Back Recordings:

  1. Launch the Reolink Client software.

  2. Go to the “Playback” tab at the top.

  3. Select your camera/NVR from the left sidebar.

  4. Choose the date and time range.

  5. Click Search or Playback.

  6. Use the timeline or play controls to navigate.

💾 To Download a Segment:

  1. Mark the Start and End time on the timeline.

  2. Click the Scissors/Download icon.

  3. Select destination folder and format.

  4. Click OK to export the video file.


☁️ If Using Reolink Cloud:

  1. Go to the Reolink App > Cloud tab.

  2. Select the camera and date.

  3. Choose the clip and tap Download.


🔐 Note:

  • You must enable recording on the camera or NVR via settings.

  • Reolink supports motion-triggered, continuous, and schedule-based recording.

  • NVR and SD card devices record locally; cloud storage is optional and subscription-based.
